It's a singing September, as Barney and his friends BJ™ and Baby Bop™ welcome a new dino friend - Riff™ - in the all-new musical special, Barney: Let's Make Music. Riff, the first new dino to join Barney & Friends™ in 13 years, is a 6-year old Hadrosaur and a one-of-a-kind kid! BJ and Baby Bop's cousin, he is all about music - music is in his voice, his heart and his every move! And when Riff gets excited or he's making music, his crest blinks with colorful light. Riff joins the gang on a musical adventure to Barney's Fantasy Fair where they sing songs, play games and ride amazing rides!
Barney: Let's Make Music Fast Facts
In tandem with Riff's debut in Barney: Let's Make Music, he will premiere on television in the popular Barney & Friends television series on PBS KIDS starting September 18th.Along with the arrival of Riff, Barney & Friends introduces a new music agenda drawn from diverse cultures and influences. This season is the first under the direction of Executive Producer, Karen Barnes. An industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in television and broadcast, Karen oversees the program's development and production along with all the Barney home entertainment releases. The refreshed series will stay true to the brand's roots, continuing to address important socio-emotional qualities, such as sharing and caring through imagination, music and dance, which are defining characteristics of the Barney experience.
