In this new DVD release, everyone's favourite fireman proves he can come to the rescue be it on land or at sea when Norman gets into a fix learning how to sail, a fire breaks out on Charlie's fishing boat and a whale becomes stranded on the beach. Back on dry land, there are even more mishaps when Elvis is left in charge of the fire station.
