Roary the Racing Car: Episode Descriptions

1. Roary's™ First Day
   Roary™ is nervous before a big race the next day. To help boost Roary's™ confidence, Big Chris tells him the story about the day the brave little red racing car arrived at Silver Hatch Race Track.
2. Roary™ Slips Up
   Roary™ has spilled oil all over the track and is told to clean it up. He is in a rush to be part of the race, so he doesn't clean it properly. Will the cars manage to avoid the oil as they race around the track?
3. Express Delivery
   Big Chris is starving but he hasn't got any eggs to make an omelet for breakfast. Roary™ offers to get some for him from the farm, but will he ever get them home without breaking them?
4. Roary's™ Day at the Seaside
   Big Chris and Roary™ have gone to the beach to get some sand for the gravel traps. They have fun building sandcastles and lose track of time. Will they make it back to the track with some sand in time for the race?
5. Roary™ Takes Off
   Roary's™ engine is smoky and dirty. Big Chris tries to come up with a cleaner way of fuelling his number one star. But things don't go quite as planned...
6. Zizzy Takes the Blame
   Marsha is furious when she finds tire marks all over her picnic blanket. They look suspiciously like the work of Zizzy who is always performing stunts. Zizzy insists it wasn't her, so who could the real culprit be?
7. Big Chris' Big Workout
   Marsha has challenged Big Chris to a running race. Big Chris doesn't stand a chance against the super fit marshall does he?
8. Rabbit Trouble
   Furz is fed up with the constant roar of engine noises and decides to take matters into his own hands, diverting the cars off the track. Will Big Chris and Marsha realize what is happening before one of the cars gets hurt?
9. Rusty Remembers
   Rusty is feeling neglected and unloved. He sadly remembers how life used to be, when he was a young caravan. To make Rusty feel better, Roary™ and the other cars show him how much they care for and respect him.
10. Easy on the Fuel
    Silver Hatch Race Track has run out of fuel. Because Maxi doesn't follow orders to conserve fuel, will Roary™ be able to find a way for him to join the race with the others?
11. Communication Breakdown
    Marsha has forgotten to charge the walkie talkies overnight. How will everybody keep in touch on a busy day at Silver Hatch?
12. Blue Light Job
    Dragga's neon light isn't working and Big Chris is determined he can fix it without the use of a manual. The others aren't so sure, but where could Dragga's manual be?
13. Make Up Your Mind Roary™
    The cars are being rewarded for their hard training with a trip somewhere, but they can't make up their minds where to go. Roary™ is given the deciding vote but seems to be having too much fun winning his friends' favor...
14. Workshop Roary™ [SONG]
    Big Chris is exhausted after working all night to get everything ready for the reporter who is coming later that day. Roary™ and Tin Top offer to run the workshop for him so he can have a nap. What could possibly go wrong?!
15. Tin Top Tin Top
    Tin Top is trying his hardest to avoid any scrapes and crashes as an important car designer is coming to visit. But the designer is most impressed when the rugged car goes out of his way to stop the others from getting hurt.
16. Tunnel Vision
    Maxi is not looking forward to the night race. He's scared of the dark Ton Up Tunnel, not that he would ever admit it. Roary™ realizes Maxi's problem and helps to solve it.
17. Molecom Makes Music
    Farmer Green is getting ready for a barn dance later that day. Everybody is upset when the band cancels. Is there anybody at Silver Hatch who can make music for Big Chris to sing along to?
18. Roary™ Goes Missing
    Roary™ is sick of playing by himself on the track and takes himself off on a day out. There is general panic when Big Chris realizes Roary™ is missing. Roary™ learns the importance of telling others where you are going.
19. Mama Mia
    Mr. Carburettor is in a panic because his mother is coming to visit. His mother's opinion is the most important thing in the world to him, and he needs everything to be perfect for her visit. Can everyone pitch in to help, or will they make matters worse?
20. Surround Sound [SONG]
    Big Chris' karaoke machine is broken, and he needs to rehearse for a big competition. Roary™ has a brilliant idea on how to make music...
21. Lugga's on the Case
    Lugga prides himself on being able to cope with anything and everything. Will he realize that sometimes you need your friends to help you out?
22. Big Chris Learns to Fly
    Big Chris has always wanted to fly a helicopter. Disaster strikes when he presses the one button he shouldn't. Will Roary™ and company manage to get Big Chris back to the ground safely?
23. Musical Mayhem
    Hellie breaks down and is unable to take Mr. Carburettor to the opera performance he was so looking forward to. Roary™ comes up with an ingenious plan to save the day and keep the boss happy.
24. Braking Promises
    Maxi is furious when Roary™ is offered his spare tire warmers overnight if he is good. Because of this, Maxi tries to make Roary™ misbehave. Meanwhile, there are strange noises coming from the workshop, is it a ghost?
25. Secret Treasures
    Roary™, Tin Top and Dragga head to the beach to look for buried treasure but are disappointed to find it covered in litter. They decide to tidy up the beach first, unearthing all sorts of exciting "treasures."
26. Roary™ on Thin Ice
    There is ice on the track at Silver Hatch. Roary™ tries desperately to warn everyone but they don't listen. Will he be able to guide the cars round the track safely?
27. Dragga's Last Day
    Roary™ overhears Big Chris talking to Marsha and thinks that Dragga is about to be sent to the junkyard. He and his friends pull together to prove to Big Chris that Dragga is a car worth keeping.
28. Out of Juice
    Big Chris has taken a delivery of some specially filtered rainwater to make the cars run smoother. But he only has enough for one car. Which car can impress him most to earn the precious water?
29. Roary's™ Wake Up Call
    Chaos reigns at Silver Hatch. Mr. Carburettor is staying with Big Chris and insists on getting up very early. Meanwhile over at the farm, Farmer Green is having problems getting up at all! Will Roary™ come up with an ingenious solution to help everybody?
30. Big Chris Says Sorry
    Big Chris thinks Marsha is mad at him for telling Mr. Carburettor she made a mistake. What will he do to make amends with Marsha?
31. Maxi's New Engine
    Maxi's engine needs a rebuild after he has filled it with sand. Will Big Chris be able to find him a substitute engine before the reporter from Wheels Magazine arrives to interview them?
32. A Busy Day for Big Chris
    Poor Big Chris is trying to relax, but every time he sits down somebody calls on him to help. Will he ever get a minute to enjoy a well deserved rest and a snack?!

    Tin Top is about as rough and tough as you can get. When Furz overhears him telling Roary™ the one thing he is scared of, he decides to play a little trick...

    Big Chris accidentally throws out Roary's™ lucky teddy. Will they be able to find it or has it ended up in the garbage?

    Maxi tricks Roary™ and Zizzy into thinking that the forest is haunted. But who ends up the most scared?!
36. Trucksy in the Fast Lane
    Maxi has taunted Trucksy about being slow one too many times and Trucksy tries to outrace him, with disastrous results. Trucksy and the other cars learn that sometimes being slow is not always a bad thing.
37. Roary™ Goes Back to School
    Roary™ nearly crashes into Mr. Carburettor and is told to learn how to drive safely before he is allowed to race again. Will Roary™ ever be able to race at Silver Hatch Race Track again?
38. The Rabbit That Yelled Stop
    Furz challenges Roary™ to a race. Furz is determined to win by any means necessary. But could he have pulled one too many tricks this time?
39. Zizzy Gest Fired Up
    There is a fuel crisis at Silver Hatch. Farmer Green has none left, and there is also a power shortage! Everyone is relying on Zizzy, who runs on solar power to save the day, but what happens when the sun goes down?
40. Stars n Cars
    Big Chris has been invited to appear on a TV karaoke show. The cars are worried that the success will go to his head and he'll leave Silver Hatch for ever...
41. Crash Test Roary™
    Roary™ has had a crash and is nervous about racing again. Big Chris helps Roary™ get over his fears and back up to speed again.
42. Roary™ Sees Red
    Roary™ and Zizzy have had an argument and Roary™ races back to the pits without her. Big Chris is worried as there is a nasty storm brewing. Will they be able to find Zizzy before it is too late?
43. Rusty Takes a Trip
    Rusty is fed up with sitting in one place. Roary™ and the other cars plan a special surprise for him, but Rusty soon decides he prefers life without wheels!
44. Roary™ Cleans Up His Act
    There is a water shortage at Sliver Hatch and no water left to run the cars or even clean them. How will Roary™ and his friends collect enough water to make sure everyone is ready for an important photo shoot?
45. Green Eyed Roary™
    Zizzy is chosen as Maxi's training partner. Roary™ is jealous of their new friendship and always being left out. However, Roary™ and Zizzy patch things up when they are both needed to help Big Chris.

    Mr. Carburettor has decided that Silver Hatch needs to move with the times and do everything with computers. But Big Chris is a traditional mechanic, what happens when the two disagree?

    Roary™ is acting very out of character: he doesn't want to race against Maxi. Can Big Chris find out what's going on before Mr. Carburettor?
